long 4 days

Its almost 1:30 am , I still have to shave and trying to sleep cause I have to wake up at 7 and prepare to go to Irbid since I stayed home this vacation and didn’t sleep in my dorm.
It was really long weekend extended with two days cause I already enjoy 2 days off during the week (Monday and Wednesday) add to that one day for the labor day( although its supposed to be on Monday but our kind government made it on Sunday)

Long 4 days, doing nothing but sleeping, watching TV, and of course internet.

Even today I had to go to the bank, but I was too lazy to wake up, and I did that after my dad’s visit to my room (maybe at 1 pm).

As I always tell myself I have a master in time wasting.

I try to find something useful that I might did today, but it was a very hard task to look. Anyway I failed: D

My regards

thoughts

How much does it cost to do the right thing or to say the truth?
I watched a movie on MBC 2, it’s title was the insider; it’s talking about a man who loses almost every thing just to clear his conscious and to speak out the truth, my teacher today said something I may relate it to this subject, he said “knowing the right thing is not enough or isn’t that hard, but doing the right thing is the real accomplishment” said a wise man :D.
How can you be sure that this is the right thing to do? No one can, in science we don’t have anything that its certain 100% even the purest substance can’t be 100% pure, in other words we just can’t be sure of anything 100%.
So why should one of us lose his life for something he believes in?

Is it a time when one of us is lead by his heart not his mind?
In such occasions one might say I know its right but I just can’t know why.

world cup

I hate ART; the only football event that I used to watch with enthusiasm is not for free anymore.
Do I have to pay for every game that I'll watch?

Are you kidding me? Now I have to pay money to watch KSA playing again.

I don’t think so, maybe they'll broadcast it on Jordan local channel, but as many say it's unlikely to happen this year.

So I think that’s it, no world cup for me this year, maybe few games. :???:  3 jds for the game :O just to watch it :O?

Palestinian issues

Today my uncle came from Palestine; he lives in arabeh –jneen. he was tired of the long and hard journey –if I can call it so-they had to take a shortcut through farms to avoid facing any Israeli soldiers.

I kept listening to him talking about the situation, the poverty, Hamas in power or fate7 people just doesn’t care as long as they have their salaries in their pockets, we, the people who are living aboard know nothing and maybe not willing to do so.

Anyways the reason of his visit was he’s going to AUE with his son to set up a job for him, he said after his elder son was arrested and sentenced for 8 years in the Israeli jails , he decided to take his younger one outside the country , the man cannot afford losing another one.

We can watch the news and comment, argue with our selves and people we know about the situation their, if hamas will do something or not, if hamas was better that the others or not, but in fact there is something that we forget, we are not living their, and as the Arabic proverb says ele be3ed el 3o9i msh zay ele byakolhm.

exam raye7 exam jay

I studied for 2 hours today

This is something extraordinary :D but I have an exam on Thursday :@

I keep taking those short but long breaks, coffee breaks, TV breaks, anything that can be added to the word break :D

I have this problem when I usually study for my exams, I can easily drop my book and get busy doing anything especially when I feel that I'll finish soon.

Last semester last exams. What a boring one :@

Shawshank Redemption quotes

  • Remember, Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things. And no good thing ever dies.
  • I guess it comes down to a simple choice, really — "Get busy livin' or get busy dyin'."
  • The funny thing is — on the outside, I was an honest man, straight as an arrow. I had to come to prison to be a crook.
  • Hope is a dangerous thing. Hope can drive a man insane.
  • I have to remind myself that some birds aren't meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice. Still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty that they're gone.

There is something

There is something strange about Jordanian people, sometimes they just can’t have fun, last Friday I went to a lovely spot on Jordan road. Nothing much to do but enjoying a cup of tea with some friends it was great till some noisy people started to come rising their car’s stereo with strange songs that no one of us recognized it and they started singing and repeating after the singer as they have lovely voices. Anyways despite that I had my share of fun.

Gangs of Irbid

A friend of mine was attacked yesterday, he was rubbed and finally he ran for his life. After going to the police station he found that his number is 11 (11 on the victims’ list) or maybe more, a group of three attacked him using 2 knifes one of them pointed his knife to his neck and the other enjoyed playing with another knife besides my friend’s head.
Many thoughts crossed his mind yesterday, he told us some and I am sure he kept himself many of those crazy thoughts; he said something about the flash back or timeline that most of the people play it when they are in such situations. He kept looking at the bright knife and wondering if it would be painted in red within the upcoming minutes.

He mentioned something about three men were in a car and they looked at him hanging between two knifes; they did nothing and didn’t bother calling the police.

Three drunk animals had the chance to end his life. By the way they did it with someone of their victims and he died on last Friday...

The police caught on of them by chance (of course) and they managed to get the other two names.

Missing someone is something that I hate. Unfortunately it happens to me a lot.
I have a friend that I did not contact for two months or more, every time I catch my mobile and start dialing or writing a new SMS I stop, I keep thinking why it should be me!
I know it may look selfish or childish act but still I do it.
Is an SMS is something great to ask from a friend? If that was the case then maybe I should not call them friends anymore!
